The Great Thunderstorm of April 10th woke me up before 3 am and I got my Nikon Coolpix P5100 out and shot digital video of the downpour. My ceiling started buckling and big drops came inside because the roof is ed. I called our property management folks and they sent out City Roofing to check it out. Yep, the roof needs to be repaired since the water on this place’s flat roof was seeping through some seams. I had to put a plastic garbage container a foot or so from my computer to catch …
