Hello Columbus, OH Homeowners!
Fred Baisden here from Columbus, Oh and I want to touch on a subject that is very sensitive to alot of Buckeyes at this time of year.
Partial approved roofs through your Insurance Company, Insurance Carrier and not realizing what to do from that point moving forward. I have met countless of homeowners that have either through word of mouth or other had file a claim through their Insurance carrier and a Insurance Adjuster comes out and “advises of the damaged outcome”.
He does not state that there are laws governing the replacement of ALL ROOF, ALL SIDING, etc…….
Why would he considering that it would cost his employer, the Insurance Company additional funds (In the thousands of dollars I might add). Not to say that ALL Insurance Carriers do that. Some do though.
Lastly, Please be advised that ANYTIME you are gonna file a claim with your Insurance Carrier, have a reputable contractor out to represent your claim to MAXIMIZE YOUR RETURN!
That is what you pay your premiums to your Insurance Company for.
