It added so much to my house. It was a Bradley Pear Tree and was 13 years old.I have other damage also.

Yep! We get big windstorms here in WA every winter and we claimed a few fruit trees in our orchard last year. We also were reimbursed for the $$ it takes to remove them from our property.

I would recommend calling your insurance adjuster to come out and take a look at all the damage, but if you are filling out the paperwork now, the general rule of thumb is to claim EVERYTHING on your property that is damaged. They can tell you if it isn’t claimable afterwards! But you definitely don’t want to disclude anything just because you aren’t sure!

My roof has lost some singles, and i didnn't write down what days the wind was crazy, now my insurance agent, wants to know when?

No it should not go up because hail damage is covered under comprehensive . comprehensive claims are not surcharged. You weren’t seriously thinking of paying out $2500.00 of your own money just to avoid a small surcharge, were you ? Ever hear of being “penny wise and pound foolish” ? Always use your insurance. If you don’t/won’t use it, why even have it ?
